Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Contact us at contact@luxegance.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Include photos or video if applicable.
• Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
• Ship the item and share the tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or untracked packages.

• Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging.
• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Received a Damaged or Faulty Item?

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

We offer a free replacement or a full refund. Contact us at contact@luxegance.com with:

• Your order number
• Photos or video of the issue
• Your choice: Refund or Replacement

Customer Remorse or Exchange

Changed your mind? Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Items must be in original, unused condition.
• Customized items are non-returnable.
• Return shipping costs apply.

Refunds

Refunds will be applied to the form of the original payment method used to make the order.

You will receive your refund within 48 hours after we have received your item.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Please contact us before initiating a dispute or chargeback. Our team is ready to resolve any concerns promptly and efficiently.

Our Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to limit or reject returns in cases of:

• Excessive return history
• Used, damaged, or altered items
• Suspected fraudulent activity

Non-Luxegance items sent to us will be discarded.
