Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact us at contact@luxegance.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. Include photos or video if applicable.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a Uk return address.
- Ship the item and share the tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or untracked packages.
• Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Received a Damaged or Faulty Item?
If your lamp arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 30 days of delivery.
We offer a free replacement or a full refund. Contact us at contact@luxegance.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos or video of the issue
- Your choice: Refund or Replacement
Customer Remorse or Exchange
Changed your mind? You are welcome to return the item within the 30-day window.
- Items must be in original, unused condition.
- Return shipping costs apply.
Refunds
Refunds will be applied to the form of the original payment method used to make the order.
You will receive your refund within 48 hours after we have received your item.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
